How do I book online?

First, click on Book Online, Select the type of airport transfer you require between One Way On Arrival or One Way On Departure or Two Way (Arrival & Departure), then key in all the information required in the booking form, key in your debit or credit card information and you’re done.

How will I know that my booking is confirmed ?

As soon as your payment is accepted, you will receive an email confirmation of your booking on the email address provided in the booking form. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 15 minutes please contact us immediately.

Your booking page only provides a debit card or credit card method of payment, can I pay by swift transfer or by cash on arrival?

Unfortunately not, we only accept bookings paid in advance by internationally recognised debit and credit cards (VISA & MasterCard).

Your booking page only provides a drop down list for Hotels and Localities, how do I insert a full address for drop off or pick up?

If you would like to be dropped off or picked up in a particular location, first choose the locality and then insert the full address for drop off or pick up in the Special Comments section.

I forgot to book my airport transfer when I booked my accommodation, can I book it online just before my flight leaves my home country?

Yes of course, we have implemented state of the art technology which informs our fleet of drivers of your arrival as soon as you book online. We just require 3 hours notice to cater for traffic and client management for all bookings. Its important that you key in the correct date of your departure from your home country and the correct date of your arrival to Fiji. For example if you are in LA and depart in the evening at 1900hrs in 6th July then your arrival in Fiji is 0500am the next day on 7th July. If you get confused with the time difference do not worry just ensure you key in the correct flight number and arrival date, this is especially important for after midnight arrivals. If you are still unsure whether you have keyed in the correct details please contact us.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We monitor flight delays closely, so rest assured that one of our drivers will be there upon arrival of your aircraft.
