EXCURSIONS / TOURS PICK UP TIMES: Please be ready at the hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to the scheduled departure times. All pick up times confirmed are approximate and will depend on traffic and customer delays Sun Hat, Bottled Water, Sun Block, Insect Repellent recommended for most tours. Swimwear and change for tours where swimming is an option. Additionally you may need a camera for great shots and small amount of cash for Optional Purchases that may arise
CONDITIONS: An alternative tour or change will only be accepted should a cancellation be received by Tour Managers of any tour by its supplier due to unforseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, mechanical problems, strike etc).
